basically, you just have the button target the lmd_playercheck. If the player has the requirements you set, the target will be fired. If not, the target2 will be.

targetname - make the trigger target this value for the entity to be used
target - the entity(s) to activate when player meets the requirements
target2 - the entity(s) to activate when player doesn't meet the requirements
customskill (see lmd_customskill for details) - The name of the skill to check.
customskillcompare - Comparison type. -1 for direct compare (use this for text), 0 for greater or equal to, 1 for less than. Default of 0.
customskillvalue - The value to compare to.
profession - Sets it so only a person with a certain profession can use a button.

-1 - No Profession
1 - Force User Profession
2 - Mercenary Profession

Level - Minimum player level.
MaxLevel - Maximum player level.
AdminLevel - Minimum admin level.
playerflags - only players with a flag(s) specified here can pick this up.
property - this entity will only work for people with access to the property set here

If you are having problems with custom skills, i can't really help you that much. I've never used custom skills.

First off, ignore the profession,3 part. Just take that out.

level,1 will work. It means that all people level 1 and up will pass. It is impossible to be level 0, so registered people will fire the target2.

Here's an example:

Code:
/place lmd_playercheck * targetname,check,target,registered,target2,notregistered,level,1
If the person is registered, they will fire the target. If they are not, they will fire the target2.

hmm... i actually don't know about that. It can sort between force user/merc/no profession, but i don't know if there even is a way in lugor about seperating jedi/sith.

hmm, i guess your right, somewhat. Now that i think about it, level,1 would only apply to people that chose a profession. A registered non-profession player would be grouped in with the non-registered players.
