In the map t2_trip, some npcs will make my server crash. Npcs like : prisoner, reborn_dual, wampa_vehicle, tauntaun, desann, alora, and more. Though, a lot of npcs are working fine, like cultist_saber. This is a really big problem, because I would like to put some wampa or tauntaun vehicles in my server, as much as I'd like to put some npcs like desann or reborn_dual for my quests. Though, if I write the code of these npc_spawner or lmd_spawner... at the moment I press enter, the server just crash!

Do you have any ideas why? That's really annoying.

It's a limit in base jka, not able to bypass that i know of. I think there can only be something like 14 different npc or vehicle types on a map at one time. Any more placed, and the server will crash. I don't remember if that number is correct though, I haven't played jka since about december. The way I got around it was to create custom .npc files that used the same stats as the 2nd npc, but with the same model.

-First npc is desann
-Make a 2nd npc that has all the characteristics of a reborn_dual, except has the same model as desann.

I might eventaully write a guide for making custom npcs, but it might not be for a while.
