Astupidbot

Im going to keep yall busy, lol

Ok i have Lugormod U# 2.3.2 The servers IP is 72.5.152.150:29070 (Im the only one thats been building on it and im new to it so dont make fun of it..... lol)

I have minplayers set to 4 but i didnt see the cmd on the server.cfg to allow bots like astupidbot. so i messed around a littlebit and got frustrated cause i cant find it and astupidbot wont connect.

Any Ideas that I could try?
Or Ideas of things that I have done wrong?

try setting bot_minplayers to 0, and adding the line "addbot astupidbot" to the end of the server.cfg
if that doesnt work, the bot files/bots.cfg are screwy

Well, i guess they are screwy, cause it didnt work........

hmm... try posting a copy of the bots.cfg and astupidbot.jkb. either there's a grammar error in one, or they're in the wrong directory. bots.cfg should be in gamedata/base, and astupidbot.jkb should be in gamedata/base/botfiles.

hmm... i don't see any problems in them. try going ingame and using "/rcon addbot astupidbot"

Veyron, you are welcome to join the server and register at any time, same goes for everyone else, I usually cant get on until the afternoon/night due to my jobs.

Zkyo, ill try it when i wake up in the morning.... im tired, lol

I also updated my server to the newest version U#2.4.4

strange thing is, i didnt see seta bot_enable line on the server.cfg i added it in. now to see if it works.

ok well, i have like 3-4 different server.cfg files it was on one but not the other....., and im not sure which one im suppose to be editing. They all work with the server,

One of them is in what would be the gamedata folder, a jampserver.cfg in the lugormod folder, then i have a server.cfg and a jampserver.cfg in the base folder.

The jampserver.cfg in the base folder seems to be binds/keys, the others help run the server......

EDIT: great i f'd something up cause now i cant connect to the server......... Shocked

im reinstalling lugormod, and im going to update it to 2.4.4 myself, and ill start all over again.

Edit, ok the reinstall didnt work, none of my files were overwritten, so im going to post my cfg(s) here to see if it helps.
